This self contained flat is on the ground floor of the house with private entrance via a shared lobby.

It has a small garden for your use and off street parking to the rear of the property.

KITCHEN

The large kitchen is well equipped with a full size cooker, microwave, and fridge with a small freezer. It also has a breakfast bar and all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. There is a also a washing machine, iron and ironing board and a rotary washing line in the garden for your use.

BEDROOM

The one large bedroom containing two 3' single beds and one 2'6” single bed (duvets & pillows provided), wardrobe, dressing table & chest of drawers. Bed linen is supplied free of charge for two single beds, if extra bed linen required there is a charge.

LOUNGE

The lounge is spacious and comfortably furnished with a three piece suite, dining table and chairs, flat screen television/dvd combi and an electric fire.

SHOWER ROOM/SEPARATE TOILET

The shower room is fully tiled and has a step-in shower cubicle and wash basin. The toilet is separate with a further wash basin.

COMPLIMENTARY

There is free wi-fi for your use and a pay phone in the lobby.

Electricity and gas is included in the price of the flat. The gas combi-boiler provides hot water and central heating.

The bed have mattress and pillow covers and cosy duvets. Bed linen is provided free of charge for two beds.

A free welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar,milk and biscuits is at the flat for your use on arrival.

Garden and washing line available, although shared with other flat.

The West Sussex region

Worthing is a quiet town situated on the coast between Brighton and Portsmouth. These are both easily accessible by car or by the frequent train service. The train station is only 300 yards from the flat.

There are many historic buildings only a short distance away including Arundel Castle, Parham House, Brighton Pavilion and many more.

For the more active there are many walks in the countryside and over the South Downs which can be commenced within 5 minutes of the flat. The beach is within 10 minutes walk from the flat where at low tide there is a large stretch of sand to walk or play on.

For the younger children there are small farms and activity centres to visit such as Coombes farm, Fishers farm, Drusillas, Littlehampton fun fair. The older ones may like the outdoor go-kart course or pitch and putt course.

Worthing itself has facilities available where you can play golf, tennis, bowls, crazy golf and a brand new swimming pool and gym.

It also has two theatres with regular live shows and concerts.

Worthing

The flat is located in a suburb of Worthing, Sussex called West Tarring which has expanded into a small shopping and residential area.

The old village, which has now been absorbed into Worthing still has some Tudor Cottages, village pub and church and is just up the road from the flat.

Within walking distance, there is two pubs serving food, an up market restaurant in the Tudor cottages, an indian restaurant and several take-away shops which cater for all tastes, so no need to cook if you don't want to.

There are available for hire public tennis courts within walking distance of the flat , and in the Worthing area there is also available for public use a golf course, pitch and put course, bowls greens, ten pin bowling, indoor swimming pool, and indoor children's play area.

The flat itself is a good base for visiting the surrounding area as it is only 1 mile up the road to the main junction of the A24 and A27 routes which provide access to the north, east and west. The train station is also only a 5 minutes walk away and buses run from very near the house to the town centre.
