The modern well equiped kitchen has an electric fan oven ceramic hob, grill ,microwave, and washing machine. There are ample good quality cooking and dining utensils. and full size fridge freezer also a free standing breakfast bar with leather and chrome stalls.
Although the apartment is in the centre of town it has been renovated to a very high standard and is virtually soundproof.

The train station is 3 minutes walk away trains to London and Gatwick run every 30 minutes and journey time to Gatwick is 40 mins . 1 hour and 20 mins to Central London (Victoria Station) - frequent trains also run to Brighton and Portsmouth.
Christ Church Hall provides spacious accommodation for 2 people. The bedroom has a large double bed yet still leaving plenty of space for a cot if needed. The study area/ room can be converted with a double sofa bed to provide additional sleeping accomodation. Ample storage is provided by way of a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a travel cot available on request.

On street parking is available, through the use of parking vouchers Free for week end stays per. For longer stays we can provide a weekly voucher lasting up to 7 days at a small cost of £8.50 per week. Athough a car is not necessary as everything is within walking distance.
