Home description

The bright, sunny and warm accommodation comprises 1 double, 1 twin bedroom. South facing lounge overlooking the sea with TV and doors to patio area and open garden leading directly onto beach. Garden furniture also provided. The dining room also overlooks the sea. There is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and WC and also a separate cloakroom. It has central heating and supplementary electric fires. Linen is available at extra charge of £10 per set.
"Dolphins" has a Four Star Rating 2006 by Visit Britain .

The South East England / Sussex region

Ferring-by-Sea is in a peaceful location on the South Coast midway between Littlehampton and Worthing Town Centres. Ideal for a relaxing holiday the comfortable accommodation and garden overlooks the seafront. A superb location for walking or beach and garden relaxation. Brighton Town Centre is within easy reach by car. The Isle of Wight can be visited by driving to Portsmouth, which is some 40 km to the west of Ferring, and taking a Ferry to the Island.

Worthing / Ferring-on-Sea area

Ferring Village is a delightful flower filled village just 3 miles West of Worthing. Worthing Town Centre has many comprehensive stores and excellent pubs and restaurants. The famous "Bluebird Cafe" is a 10 minute walk along the foreshore greensward. Local shops include a small supermarket and tearooms and are within a 6 minute walk. There is a 'bus stop nearby approached via a twitten.

How to get there

The Bungalow is situated between Littlehampton and Worthing. From London Follow the A24. From the West and the East of the South Coast follow the A27 and take the Ferring turn off.

The delightful open garden with palm trees overlooks Ferring foreshore from where it is possible to walk along the greensward to either Worthing or Littlehampton. Doors from dining area leading to patio area and open garden with garden furniture.

Conditions

A non refundable deposit of 30% of the total amount payable is required before booking is confirmed.
The balance being due one calendar month before arrival together with a returnable deposit of £50 against damage and breakages.
Arrival time is normally between 2 pm and 4 pm. Late arrivals must be notified in advance.
Departure time is 10 am on the last day of the booking.

"Dolphins feels like our own Bungalow by the Sea. We jump in the car and within an hour or so we have escaped the hustle and bustle of the World and are in the peaceful World of Ferring - part Village, part Seaside life.
