Since then, it has been lovingly converted to offer accommodation for 2 people; an idyllic haven for couples looking to spend some relaxing, quality time together. To the rear, the property has a private patio and a raised balcony deck - perfect for a spot of outdoor dining or simply soaking up the scenery provided by the farm’s 23 acres. In addition, visitors can use the owner’s Mediterranean Garden, Bowling Green and wildlife pond.

The Worcester / Upper Sapey area
Upper Sapey nestles on the border of Worcestershire and Herefordshire, putting it in a prime location for visitors to enjoy the many walks that pass near the village. The village itself has one pub, The Baiting House, which is renowned for its real ale and excellent food. 3 miles away, you’ll find the Worcestershire Way Footpath and if you jump in the car, it’s a half hour drive to the spectacular Malvern Hills. Nearby Ludlow and its castle are perched on a cliff above the winding River Teme in south Shropshire. This town shows evidence of its rich history on almost every street and it has become widely recognised as one of the most beautiful towns in the UK. Dining out here is a real pleasure, with a number of Michelin-starred restaurants to choose from. The Ludlow Festival is well worth a visit, comprising a diverse range of music, arts and crafts.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee per week or short break.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
