Our two contemporary apartments offer a peaceful and comfortable experience within the heart of the city of Worcester; perfect for friends and family get togethers. Worcester City Centre and the Cathedral are a pleasant twenty minute walk away and a local bus runs close by. Worcester is a delightful historical city with plenty to see and do and there are plenty of good pubs and restaurants. There are countless beautiful walks along the rivers Severn, Avon and Teme, and the Malvern Hills are close by. A luxury architect designed apartment providing spacious ground floor contemporary accommodation with two bedrooms. There is a double bedroom and a second bedroom with single bed and pull out trundle bed beneath. A large open plan south facing sitting room with TV, sofa and large windows overlooks a lawned garden with far reaching views towards the Malvern Hills. A dining area has a fully fitted contemporary style oak kitchen with integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker, and microwave. The modern tiled luxury bathroom has a large walk in shower with under floor heating. Throughout the apartment there are solid wood floors and zoned under floor heating. An attractive courtyard garden looks onto a private lawned area, which is well stocked with plants, with outdoor lighting and garden furniture. A selection of books and games are available. Please note due to limited space a request for the use of iron, ironing board, clothes drier, high chair or travel cot should be made at the time of booking. The apartment is spacious and light, and filled with our paintings. It is suitable for a person with limited mobility, for example, someone who is weight bearing but unsteady on their feet, perhaps using a walking aid such as a stick or walking frame. The entrance door and the door to the garden terrace have ramp access and would be suitable for a wheel chair user with carer. Extra wide corridors and door entrances help access. There is a large walk in shower and it is all on one level.

The location is a haven for wild life. The apartment has the use of a sunny south facing terrace with well stocked borders, garden furniture and outdoor lighting. It is situated within the large one acre mature garden of Four Seasons. The garden is surrounded by Leylandii and stocked with acer, silver birch and fruit trees. Adjacent to natural woodland and allotments, it is hard to believe we are within the city. There are countless beautiful walks along the rivers Severn, Avon and Teme, and the Malverns and Bredon Hill are close by.
Worcester is surrounded by pretty Worcestershire villages like Kempsey, and Crowle, and is approximately 6 miles from market towns such as Pershore and Upton-on-Severn; it is 20 miles from Stratford and Evesham, 25 miles from Hereford and Warwick, 30 miles from Ross-on-Wye and Birmingham, 40 miles from Banbury and Hay-on-Wye, 50 miles from Oxford and Bristol, and 96 miles from London. Worcester is also ideally situated to explore other areas of the Midlands. A supermarket, post office, pub and hairdressers are a 5 minute walk away down the woodland path. The balance is due 8 weeks before the holiday commences. For bookings made less than 8 weeks before arrival, the total amount is payable in full on booking. Payment can be made by direct transfer, or by cash or cheque. We regret credit/debit cards are not accepted. For bookings made less than two weeks before the start, payment must be made by cash or direct transfer.
