Ground floor apartment with glimpses of the creek. Peaceful & quiet with lots of wildlife on the creek. A few minutes walk from Wootton beach.
Beautiful walks in the surrounding woodland.
Restaurants and takeaways and a pub on the river are only 6 -7 minutes walk away.
Osborne House is 5 minutes away by car.
Ryde seaside resort with all its facilities is 10 minutes drive

Chillereton, is a ground floor 2 bedroomed apartment with its own terrace where you can enjoy a meal outside or just relax with a glass of wine while listening to the wildlife around. There are red squirrels, swans and ducks to name but a few. The apartment is in its own grounds with a lawned area beside the creek and pleasant woodland walks all around you, while woodside beach is just a few minutes walk away.

Northwood, its sister apartment is adjacent with the same facilities and together make an ideal holiday for large families and/or friends and will cater for as many as 8 - 12 people.

Private communal gardens leading down to the creek.
Woodland walks all around, woodside beach a few minutes walk away, a pub on the river and Indian, Chinese & Fish & chip take aways are a ten minute walk.

Once we have confirmed the property is available, complete the booking form and send it to Cowes apartments with a deposit of £150. You may of course pay the full amount at this stage if you wish. Your initial £150 deposit is held for security in the unlikely event of any damage and will be refunded to you within two or three days of your departure. The full rental is due 4 weeks before your arrival.

You may pay by credit or debit card, please contact us to make a payment this way. You may also pay on line to Barclays Newport, account no. 40999911 sort code 20-60-55, please email us to let us know if you pay by this method.

Cancellation policy;
When you have paid your deposit you have entered into a legally binding agreement. Your deposit is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. We advise you to take out your own holiday insurance for peace of mind. The following cancellation charges will apply:
* If you cancel upto 4 weeks before your arrival, 50% of the total cost will apply.
* 27 - 14 days before your arrival 65% of the total cost will apply.
*13 - 7 days before your arrival 80% of the total cost will apply.
* 6 days or less or if you do not complete your stay the full cost will apply. If we can rebook your apartment we will refund the difference.

Conditions

Please do not arrive before 3pm and please vacate the apartment by 11am
