With a stay in you will find a wealth of attractions and activities in and around North Devon and Exmoor.

These apartments are perfect for us,they are well looked after with plenty of room for surf boards bikes etc. situated within 5 minutes walk of the beech and even less to the local shops and more importantly pubs and restaurants . If you love walking surfing or just messing about on the beech you can't go wrong. The only thing I can fault is you now have to deal through Coastal Life who I find unresponsive at the best of times unlike the owner Pamela who I often find myself dealing with, but that's a small complaint on what we as a family consider to be a fantastic place to stay. "It was lovely"
we would highly recommend this holiday apartment , it was catered to the highest standard , clean, tidy , modern but very comfortable . the apartment is situated in a perfect position for the beach and all surrounding amenities . It was lovely to be able to take our dog with us who very much enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the world go by . We would love to return to narracott the same time next year .

"Amazing views in spacious flat"
We stayed with our toddler and 5 month old and the flat suited us really well. Only a few steps to get into flat and once in nice and safe for toddler, though we kept balcony doors shut if we weren't watching. The proximity to main beach and town was excellent (though noise of Red Barn and cars sometimes put us off sitting on balcony). We really appreciated the views, especially in the evening when my partner reviewed the surf before going out and I chilled out on sofa with a glass of wine and a book and watched the sun set. There was lots of space for us and all our stuff, and we found the parking space, washing machine, bath and separate shower really useful. There were three niggles. Firstly it was impossible to get hold of management company to get key code before arrival but luckily the owner was contactable. Secondly, the parking space was very tight. Thirdly, the living/kitchen area of the flat had not been cleaned to a good standard, eg greasy surfaces, clumps of dust on floor. Unfortunately we didn't notice until we had dumped all of our stuff in there, so it was easier/quicker for us to give it a quick clean than attempt to get management company back in. This wouldn't put us off going again but we'd double check the flat before unloading next time.

"Another great stay at the Narracott apartments"
We stayed for 6 nights last week and I have to say that we weren't disappointed yet again. This is a great apartment with stunning views and only a stones throw from the beach and all the local shops and attractions. We have been visiting Woolacombe for about 15 years now, 10 of which that have been in various Narracott apartments and we will definitely be visiting again, hopefully later in the year.

"Perfect sea view apartment"
Absolutely loved our stay, perfect getaway break. The apartment was gorgeous it's actually better that it looks on the pictures. The view was breath taking. The apartment had everything you could possibly need for your stay, well equipped. The kitchen fully stocked. So don't worry about anything, just bring some food. The place was really clean and the bed was comfy. I'll most definitely be coming back and staying again. For me personally March was a perfect time to come, Wollavombe Bay was very quiet. Which was quiet nice as the summer season is busy. We did day trips to Clovelly and Fushia Valley both reasonable driving distance and again no crowds. Perfect When booking Pamela was great, quick response which enabled us to book fast. Great experience thanks :)

"wonderful view, great location, well appointed apartment"
A great apartment, very clean and well appointed. The view is breathtaking (especially when the sun is shining!). Great location for the beach and the local shops and restaurants/cafes. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount and quality of crockery, cutlery etc supplied - a pair of kitchen tongs was the only thing that we missed. Having wi-fi would have been the icing on the cake!

"Stunning views of the Bay"
The view alone gives value to the apartment, the balcony runs the length of the apartment. The four of us find the apartment easy to access and suits our lifestyle for our 2 week stay. Highly recommend the apartment for use, cleanliness and ease of dealing with the owner. Use year on year.

"Best view in town"
We had a fantastic stay in Woolacome - the weather was brilliant and the apartment was excellent. It was spotless and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. the one thing that strikes you when you enter the living area is the amazing balcony that covers the width of the apartment - and the view was stunning. The owner was exceptionally helpful and was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely go back to stay here.
