We are really keen to contribute to being environmentally friendly and offer a 10% discount for your bringing your own towels and bed linen - sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases or sleeping bags and or sleeping bag liners. We offer a further 5% discount if you want to do your own cleaning and stay till a 12 noon check out in stead of 10am on your day of departure. The discounts for brining your own linen and own cleaning only apply to bookings of 7 days or more. If you choose this option the own cleaning discount will be refunded separately within a few days of the end of your stay.

Entrance hall with doors to the bathroom and generous kitchen and dining space.
Bathroom has bath and overhead electric shower, basin, w.c. and washing machine in enclosed cupboard.
Kitchen and dining area is roomy and well-equipped with dining table and four chairs, welsh dresser. A spacious and well equipped kitchen with cooker (electric), large fridge-freezer, tumble dryer and dishwasher, quarry tiled floor.
The twin bedded room is on the ground floor; light and spacious it has a large built in hanging cupboard and chest of drawers and large window
The sitting room is a double height ceiling, large windows, 2 sofas and adjustable coffee table. TV, dvd and books. Electric candle lights on dimmers, occasional tables and multi fuel wood/coal burning stove, a great space in which to relax. Two sofas and cushions of various sizes. Wooden open tread staircase to master bedroom.
The galleried master bedroom with brass bedstead, hanging cupboard, chest of drawers and sleeping platform (around 3 ft from the ground) with 2 extra mattresses - ideal for the younger child. Views over open fields.
There is a small private garden area to the front, garden furniture. To the rear is an a double tandem parking space.
This property is not suitable for users with restricted mobility or wheelchair users.

"Ideally situated for coast, forests and towns"
A nice quiet location tucked away down a little lane. Unique building with character although stairs to upper deck could be an issue for less able although there is a downstairs bedroom also with 2 s… More
