This original Historical Cottage dating back to the 1900's has all the charm of the era of that time.

Serenity On The Border has been stylishly renovated and still has the old world character of the early 1900's which still has the old combustion stove in the kitchen. Situated just a short stroll from the City Centre of Wodonga, Victoria.

A 5 minute walk to Gourmet Restaurants and great shopping.

We offer very good value accommodation.

The cottage is self contained, ideal for a romantic weekend getaway or for a longer break with family or friends. Self Catered Bed & Breakfast - Breakfast provisions provided.

A fully equipped kitchen to use as required. Electric Cooking, microwave, all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils supplied.

All Linen provided.

The bathroom has a full sized bath plus a shower. Laundry facilities included.

It is a lovely friendly township with good shopping in both Albury and Wodonga. Albury is only 10 minutes across the Murray River.

Visit our local Wineries, Hume Dam, Albury Botanical gardens, Albury Arts centre and Museum, It is 300Km from Melbourne and 650Km from Sydney. Easy travel by Train, Plane, Bus or Car.


Our Climate is quite comfortable in Spring and Autumn. It can be quite cold in the Winter as we are only 1.5Hrs from The Snowfields. (Mt Hotham) and Falls Creek. Our Summer temperature ranges from 30c to 43c.

Visiting Bonegilla and seeing where our European Settlers stayed is very interesting.

Bandiana Army Museum.

Harvey's Fish and Fun Park.

Visit old Historical Townships of Chiltern, Yackandandah and Beechworth including the Ghost Tours that have been quite popular.
