To the front of the house is a large gravelled drive with ample parking. To the rear is a very large garden mainly grassed, with tables and chairs. There is a tennis court, plus a second garden, gated, with a large pond. (Parents of young children should be aware of this.) Surrounding the garden are fields and to one side a working farm, not related to this property.

The property is located a short distance from the market town of Witney and approximately 6 miles from Burford, gateway to the Cotswolds! Witney has a number of shops, restaurants to chose from and is convenient for Oxford, the Cotswolds as well as many local attractions. Burford is an ideal centre for visiting The Cotswolds area as it is within easy driving distance of popular attractions such as Blenheim Palace, Sudley Castle, Warwick Castle and several National Trust Houses and Gardens. Bourton on the Water, Bibury, Cirencester and Stow on the Wold are all within a 25 minute drive of the property.

"Perfect for big group"
