Guest comments: "Best holiday in a long time! We used the pool with the babies every night, had a great time everywhere. Great cottage. Thank you."
"A wonderful place to have a great holiday- parents, children & friends. Thank you for the kind welcome. We particularly enjoyed the fire in the field & toasted marshmallows were great. About this location
The Devon region
Devonshire Heartland provides some of the finest walking and cycling in the South West of England through a network of dedicated footpaths and sleepy country lanes.
If all this is not enough to keep you entertained, then our location within the county means that it is easy motoring to the North and South coastal regions and to Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks. Should you feel a little adventurous then golf, horse riding, tennis, fishing and all-terrain quad bikes and go carts are all within easy reach.
Newhouse Farm Cottages is situated between the two market towns of Tiverton and South Molton. The barn enjoys beautiful views over-looking rolling countryside and is ideally situated for exploring Exmoor's gentle heather clad hills and Dartmoor's rugged splendour.
Tiverton, on the River Exe, boasts an excellent shopping centre, pannier market, an award-winning museum and the Grand Western Canal Country Park where horse-drawn barge trips and peaceful tow-path walks can be enjoyed. South Molton is rich in traditional architecture, the Guildhall building housing a glass-roofed pannier market.
