All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared use of garden and patio with garden furniture. Two well behaved pets welcome. Pubs and shop 3 miles. Note: Unfenced pond on site, children must be supervised at all times. Note: Water supply is from a bore hole.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes and patchwork of lush green fields, sleepy villages is not to be missed. Surf its north coast beaches, explore the rugged charms of Dartmoor’s peaks, cycle the Tarka Trail or explore Rosemoor’s fabulous RHS garden. Stately home lovers will be spoiled with Cotehele, Castle Drogo and St Anthony House nearby, and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
The Winkleigh / Broadwoodkelly area
Situated just eight miles from Okehampton – the gateway to the moors – Broadwoodkelly is a lovely country village set among gently sloping hills, green fields and high hedgerows. Reached by narrow country lanes and surrounded by a maze of country walks, this wonderful location also offers great fishing rivers, high-quality golf courses and a wide variety of local wildlife. Villages with quaint thatched cottages and traditional pubs can be found scattered throughout this rolling countryside, often in the view of spectacular stately homes. The wide, sandy beaches of the north Devonshire coast are only a short drive away, as are the rugged, wild tors of Dartmoor. The cathedral city of Exeter is also nearby, with a wide array of shops and restaurants, waiting to be enjoyed.

A very warm welcoming. Not so much contact afterward, but we weren't much at home. Really beautiful scenery and recommendable for those who love the calm and quiet countryside.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee per week or short break.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
