The Hovel is a delightful barn conversion benefiting from a farmland location surrounded by the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside.
The farm enjoys stunning views of the idyllic landscape. The farm is working arable farm and has been farmed by the same family for six generations. The public footpaths that criss-cross the farm provide visitors with delightful routes for exploring the local area.
The Hovel has oil central heating throughout. A telephone is available for tenant`s use. Smokers will be considered. Children and pets are welcome. This one storey, ground floor property has three bedrooms, a double with en suite shower room with power shower, toilet and basin, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. There is a separate family bathroom with bath, toilet and basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Raeburn, cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer. There is a separate utility room. The dining/sitting room has two large comfortable sofas, and a dining table with seating for five people. There is a television, and a wood burning Rayburn Stove.
There is a garden which is shared with the owner, and off road parking is available for tenant`s use. Electricity is operated by a £1 coin meter.
