Holly Bank is a lovely superior, dog friendly pine lodge offering spacious, wonderfully appointed and very comfortable family accommodation. Superbly equipped to a very high standard. Perfect for use as a walking base or just for absolute peace and calm to "chill out" and re-charge.

Less than 3 miles to
Windermere with shops and lake activities; in the opposite direction you are on top of Kirkstone Pass - amazing whatever the weather!.

effect fire in the lounge. Coffee maker in the kitchen.

Go through Windermere (still on A591) to the mini-roundabout - turn right onto Patterdale Road (signposted
