We have had a delightful bank holiday weekend at Low Mill Cottage. It is perfect and we would love to stay again. The cottage was immaculate and bigger than i expected and location is great. We dined at the Swann a couple of times which the children enjoyed as it has a lovely play area and our dog also enjoyed it too. Cannot fault it at all. Many thanks Response: Thank you for taking the time to review our cottage, and for all your lovely comments. We would love to welcome you back. Kathryn Redford |

We stayed at Low Mill Cottage for 3 nights in February 2013. We selected this cottage as we wanted somewhere that was quiet, but easily accessible with 3 good sized bedrooms and allowed dogs. Low Mill cottage met all of these requirements. It is set in quiet peaceful surroundings with fantastic walks from the doorstep. We stayed with our two young children (aged 4 and 6) and my Mum and her dog. We really enjoyed the walk up to High Dam Tarn and the kids loved the ferry ride from Hawkshead to Bowness. The cottage itself was well equipped with everything we needed and furnished to a high standard. The log fire was especially welcoming in the evenings. Response: Thank you for your kind comments and taking the time to review the cottage. We have many guests returning to Low Mill, and we hope that you will stay with us again. Kathryn Redford |
