A detached Grade II Listed period house, set in the conservation area of the ancient town and enjoying widespread views across open countryside in the Brede Valley to the Cinque port of Rye in the far distance. Rye is 2 miles and the beautiful sandy beach at Camber a further four miles. There's a village shop, a delicatessen/butchers/tea room, post office and pub all within 500 yards.


•The cottage has been completely refurbished.

•The property sleeps 8, there are four bedrooms, three doubles and one twin bedded room.

•The kitchen/diner is fitted with solid oak cupboards and worktops with stainless steel electric range cooker, integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher, with a table and chairs.

•Lounge with TV/DVD and open fire opening into a large conservatory.

•The bathroom has an over bath shower and there is also an ensuite shower room to the master bedroom.

•The garden is enclosed, with a large rear patio plus small level lawn. There is a BBQ and outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining.

The facilities include: •WiFi enabled Broadband.

•All bed, towels and kitchen linen supplied.

•Electric and gas central heating included.

•Electric range cooker.

•Week breaks generally run Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday and short breaks are available from Friday for three nights or Monday for four nights, but please contact us if you require different dates or length of stay - we'll try to help.

•£100 deposit payable at time of booking, the balance to be paid two months before arrival.

•£150 security deposit. This is a refundable amount charged in case of any damage to the property or extra cleaning costs on departure. The property is checked after your stay and the deposit refunded to you within 14 days of departure.
