"Fabulous Holiday Home in beautiful grounds"

We have recently returned from a week's stay at The Coach House in Icklesham. The house is stylish, light and spacious with everything you could possibly want in self-catering accommodation. The house is set in lovely grounds and we were invited to wander and explore. The owners, Yvonne and Mike, were very welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable - they are very knowledgeable about the area and showed us some wonderful walks. There is a lot to see locally, with Rye Town, Rye Harbour and Winchelsea Town being my favourite places to visit, but there are also lots of National Trust properties within driving distance and Hastings and Camber Sands if you want the beach. There are good pubs in the area and a couple of farm shops, with supermarkets in Hastings.

We had a splendid week and I would recommend the Coach House to anyone looking for a relaxing break in beautiful surroundings.
