Home description
The complex is a combination of cotswold stone buildings. The main house is a beautiful 17th century Cotswold Stone Farmhouse consisting of 6 bedrooms and five bathrooms.
There are open fire places in the sitting room and dining room. The kitchen is well equipped to cater for groups up to 30. The spacious, cobbled area provides an outdoor social area overlooking the tennis court and with views across the valley. The kitchen comes equipped with an oil-fired Aga, Microwave, Dishwasher & Fridge.
Elmbury is a Old Cotswold Stone Barn converted to beautiful holiday cottage. The barn consists of a 30-foot kitchen / dining / sitting room with open pine beams, which give a feeling of space and light. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which sleep 8 people; we also have two put me ups. South facing and totally private guests can enjoy superb views of the fields and woodlands stretching uninterrupted to the top of the farm.
The barn is essentially on one floor with a few steps to three of the bedrooms. The Craft Studio offers additional two more bedrooms with stunning views across the valley. The Party barn, Havana Club, has been designed to create a great party atmosphere. It has a great sound system, dance area and bar. Stone barn has been designed for meetings and cinema style presentations. It has HD projector and large electric screen.
Facilities include: FCH, electric cooker, micro, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, scullery with washing machine and tumble drier, TV, CD. Guests can also use the tennis court, fishing lake, and enjoy the walks over the land.

The Cotswolds is a range of hills in the Heart of England, the highest point being in Cheltenham. It is famous as an area of great natural beauty and has been officially designated as an Area of Outstanding Beauty since 1966. The region is a popular tourist destination and one of the main attractions of the area are the many beautiful towns and villages with wonderful buildings.

There are many places to visit in the local area including Cheltenham, Stratford, Warwich Castle. Sudeley Castle, and Blenhaim. We are within an easy drive of the many picturesque villages and towns: Broadway, Chipping Campden, Moreton, Bourton on the Water, the Slaughters.
The Cotswolds is full of delightful gardens and historic buildings. To say nothing of great pubs and restaurants. Some major tourist attractions nearby include Toddington Steam Trains, Prescott Hill Climb, Cheltenham Racecourse, Slimbridge Wildfowl Trust, Bourton-on-the-water Model Village and Stratford Theatre.

The property is easily reached from all parts of the country. Located 20 mins from Cheltenham and 25 mins from Stow, the property is very accessible by road, rail or air. We are 1 hour 30 mins from Heathrow and one hour from Birmingham airports. Both Cheltenham and Evesham railway stations are only 25 mins away. By road we are 1 hour 45 mins from London.Ffrom the North or South West we are 15 mins from Junction 9 on the M5.
