The cottage has a ground floor single room, a double and a family room with double and single beds. There is a family shower room on the first floor. Downstairs is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with electric fire. Outside is off road parking for three cars, and a gravelled garden area with furniture and forest and river views. Glendalough Brook makes a great base for enjoying the walking of the area including the Wicklow Way and the National Park, or for heading to Wicklow itself.

Laragh is a small village in County Wicklow boasting two shops, a pub, a restaurant and a post office. It is within easy reach of excellent walking country, with the nearby Wicklow Way and Wicklow Mountains providing great trails on varying terrain. One feature in the Wicklow Mountains is the Glenmacnass Waterfall, which is located in the Sally Gap. The Wicklow Mountains National Park is also close by, offering a variety of activities, workshops and nature trails.
