Pavillions 22 on Hamilton Island is a 4 bedroom ground floor apartment with PRIVATE POOL. Your private pool is child friendly with a glassed fence around it. This apartment is an ideal choice for couples travelling together or a large family. This apartment is absolute luxury but at an affordable rate. It now even includes the use of 2 x 4 seater buggies in the rate.
Enjoy the enormous patio- sit in comfort and luxury and watch all the activity of the Hamilton Island Marina. The enormous patio is great for entertaining. It is furnished with sunlounges, an outdoor dining table and private BBQ.
The new owners have completely refurnished the apartment as at January 2009. They have spared no expense to ensure the apartment is absolute luxury. Original artwork and Plasma/flat screen TVs in the lounge, media room and every bedroom. Also has a Bose sound system!
Open plan living area with floor to ceiling bi-fold doors – they open out to let the outdoors in! Fully air-conditioned so you can enjoy the Hamilton Island tropical weather in comfort. The kitchen and dining area are open plan and spacious. There is a separate media room with Plasma TV!
The Master bedroom has a King bed and large en suite with spa bath. Bedroom 2 has a King bed or can be split into 2 singles. Also has an en suite. Bedroom 3 also has a King or 2 singles. Shared bathroom. Bedroom 4/office is ideal for 2 kids. Bunk beds! There is also a desk if you prefer to use this room as an office.
