On entering this superb first floor apartment directly opposite the beach, your attention is immediately drawn to the magnificent views over Catseye Beach. Once you get past the views and the balcony you will notice the extensive renovations inside – Italian tiles in the kitchen, Caesar stone bench tops, glass splash backs and timber flooring.
Lagoon 101 is an end apartment. This means the balcony is slightly larger and more open that its neighbours. The pool is just a short stroll down the path. Your complimentary buggy. This Hamilton Island luxury apartment is fully air conditioned and also has timber ceiling fans throughout. All bedding and linen is Country Road, Sheridan and Bandhini. The kitchen is a gourmet chef delight with extra large central work bench, state of the art stainless steel appliances, oversized oven and cook top, dishwasher, microwave and separate wine fridge.
The internal furnishings are exquisite with a combination of leather lounges, natuzzi pieces and original artwork. 50 inch Plasma TV in the lounge with DVD player. At night a relaxed and comfortable ambience is created with the use of the dimmers on the cleverly designed lighting throughout the apartment.
Fully renovated self contained 2 bedroom luxury apartment. Directly opposite the beach. Lots of extras included such as internet, DVD and CD library, board games, luxury linen, champagne on arrival, Satellite TV, playstation for the kids, the list goes on.
The master bedroom has also been exquisitely furnished – 42 inch wall mounted Plasma TV and DVD player. This bedroom also opens out to the balcony. Wake up listening to the water lapping on the beach.
The second bedroom has built in custom designed timber wardrobe with a flat screen LCD TV, DVD player and play station. This bedroom offers King bed or 2 singles depending on your requirements.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. Walk straight across the road to the beach! The shared pool is beautiful. There are also 3 other pools along the beach that are open to everyone.
