This wonderful, cosy restored seaside cottage is conveniently situated in the heart of Whitstable's conservation area with quick and easy access to all of the delights of this fashionable town. Less than 2 minutes walk to the picturesque beach and famous fishing harbour and just one minute's walk away is Whitstable's other gem — Harbour Street, renowned for its fascinating variety of independent shops. Here you'll find a range of restaurants, deli's, bookshops, cheese shops, cake shops, wine shops, ice cream parlours and art galleries. Carry on to High Street and Oxford Street for vintage shops, greengrocers, butchers, bakers, theatre and much more. A perfect base for holidays or weekend breaks for couples or families for up to 6 people. Pets are very welcome too. Take a barbeque to the beach with a bottle of wine and enjoy a stunning Whitstable sunset. There are two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), a fully equipped kitchen and a quiet, private and secluded garden equipped with barbeque and seating and tables for 6 people.

There is a quiet, pretty, safe and secure private garden to the rear of the property with all that is needed to enjoy warm, sunny days or evenings outside. On street parking is available and there is a car park 50 yards from the cottage for daily use and a long term car park nearby.

Kent offers a wonderful setting for walking and cycling in the North Downs and the High Weald. Knole Park is a magnificent 1000 acre deer park worth visiting, as are Hever Castle, childhood home of Anne Boleyn, Leeds Castle, described as one of the loveliest castles in the world, and historic Canterbury Cathedral.
Shopping facilities in Kent are plentiful with regular food and craft markets held in many of the towns and villages. There are shopping centres such as Bluewater, one of the largest indoor shopping malls and London is easily accessible.
Whitstable is famous for its oysters which have been collected since Roman times and are on sale from one of the stalls in the harbour. It has one of very few remaining working harbours with a small fleet of fishing boats - you can buy fresh fish straight from the catch. It has a pretty coastline where you can enjoy a stroll or take to the water or just sit and experience spectacular sunsets over the sea. Whitstable is renowned for its trendy shops and art galleries and excellent restaurants as well as a large selection of pubs and bars catering for all tastes. Whistable has something for everyone and you will want to come back again and again to this seaside haven, just over one hour from London.
The historic cathedral city of Canterbury is only 6 miles away with its interesting medieval centre and many other roman and historic museums and places to visit.
