Harbourside Cottage is a fully restored, 3 bedroom, self-catering property, ideally located in the heart of the Whitstable's Conservation Area. It is full of original features including traditional fire in the lounge and each bedroom has it's own decorative character fireplace. It's only 5 minutes walk to the beach, harbour and high-street with it's boutique-style shopping and lively restaurants and pubs.
The cottage is immaculately presented and finished to the owners high standards. It combines to provide extreme comfort and a real 'home-from-home' living experience. Locally themed artworks are on display around the house. The combined kitchen and dining area, at the rear of the property, is our favourite as the main living area and has the benefit of good natural light all day and access directly onto the garden.
As well as enjoying the local beach and outside space, you can enjoy our beautiful and secluded 'beach-style' garden. It is complete with patio (outside furniture provided) and BBQ, where you can enjoy the sunshine from breakfast until late afternoon when you come off the beach (beach chairs are provided).
There is a light, spacious family-sized bathroom complete with toilet, bath and powerful shower and 3 beautiful double bedrooms all with comfy beds and furnished in a contemporary style.

"Excellent location, home from home!"
This was our second stay at Harbourside and it was just as lovely as the first. The property itself is spotlessly clean and has everything we needed for our young family. The location is fantastic, within minutes of the harbour, beach, shops and restaurants. We've never had a problem with parking and the street itself is actually very quiet even though it's so close to everything. Peter ensured there was a travel cot and a high chair which saved us a bit of space in the car, which always helps when packing for two under 4's! Whistable is a wonderful place but the cottage always makes our stay extra special. The owner has always been really accomodating and has done a great job at ensuring the little touches that make all the difference are in place. Both times we've visited we've been so lucky with the weather allowing us to make the most of Whitstable and the beach. We will definitely be returning to Whitstable and Harbourside! Thankyou for a great stay!

"Well located, comfy accommodation"
I spent the May half term in Harbourside Cottage with my partner and our 7-month-old, my parents and my 12-year-old brother, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is excellently situated within walking distance of everything Whitstable has to offer, yet the street is very peaceful. Inside the house is exactly as it appears in the photos - bright, clean and airy with all mod cons, including child-friendly plastic plates and cups in the kitchen. We especially liked the open-plan kitchen and dining area, the cosy lounge and the lovely back yard, while the friendly, efficient contact that I had with the owner was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again!
