Enjoy a relaxing break by staying in our 3 bedroom property Sea Wall Cottage.

This really is a delightful place to reside whilst visiting Whitstable. Just 70 feet from the front door and you can be on the beach, yet you are still in the hub of things.

Sea Wall Cottage is a recently built 3 storey town house, fashionably decorated with oak flooring and a seaside theme. With the cosy sitting and dining room at the front of the house, seating 6 people, it has a charming Wood Burning effect fire.

There is also a small decked area to the rear of the sitting room (also accessible from the kitchen) which leads you to a communal private car parking area suitable for 1 car. The well equipped Kitchen gives you all you need to create a delicious meal, perhaps using locally caught fish brought from the Harbour. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. On the 1st floor you find the spacious Master Bedroom, with its own en-suite shower room which has beautiful views from its Juliet Balcony.

There is also a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and the 2nd bedroom with bunk beds. This also leads to a small decked area. Up on the 2nd floor you will be welcomed by wonderful views from large apex window and doors which open out on to another Juliet Balcony so that you can watch the famous Whitstable sunsets.

**Please Note: the NEW Holiday Lettings nightly pricing & tariff calculator displayed to the right, calculates nightly rates by taking the weekly tariff rate and dividing it by 7. This nightly rate is misrepresented, as it does not take into account Short Break Percentages explained in the Tariff Notes section below. Sadly we have no control over this new trend towards nightly 'hotel-style' pricing so please get in touch and we will be happy to help you further.**

The South East England region

Kent is a county in South East England, and one of the home counties. It borders East Sussex, Surrey and Greater London and has a defined boundary with Essex in the middle of the Thames Estuary. The ceremonial county boundaries of Kent include the shire county of Kent and the unitary borough of Medway.

The historic county of Kent has something which will appeal to everyone. It is steeped in history and known world wide as the 'Garden of England' due to the wealth of hop gardens and orchards in the area.

There are numerous water-sport activities on offer and the beautiful coastline has an array of award winning beaches.

Places of interest and attractions to visit include animal parks, castles, cathedrals, churches, historic houses, maritime heritage, museums, steam trains and much, much more.

Whitstable prides itself on its authentic and slightly bohemian charm which provides guests with a unique and welcoming feel you don't always find in big cities. Close to Whitstable harbour is the famous Harbour Street which provides guests with pretty shop front, boutiques and restaurants all of which are situated in building that haven't changed from over a hundred years.

As well as the Oyster Festival and the famous Harbour Street what is there to do in Whitstable you may wonder...but fear not, there is no lack of things to entertain and occupy your time while on your holiday. The Horsebridge Centre puts on a wide variety of events for guests to enjoy from art-house film evening to comedy nights; there is something for everyone to sink their teeth into. The beautiful Whitstable Playhouse still put on a variety of plays and other performances throughout the year, which is perfect for after dinner entertainment. If music and live bands are more your scene then you will not be disappointed as most of Whitstable's local pubs and bars regularly host live music events such as The Old Neptune, The Duke of Cumberland and The East Kent.

The harbour has an interesting history including diving, shipbuilding and fishing, coupled with many local water sports clubs making Whitstable a mecca for wind surfers, kite surfers and sailors of all ages.

One of the most popular boat trips is out to the offshore wind farm which shows off the latest technology and is quite awe inspiring when you get closer to it.

Along the coast are grassy slopes down to the sea, allowing bracing walks along the promenade to enjoy the bracing sea air. There's also a chance too to get some wonderful views of Whitstable's skyline.

Whitstable has secured a special place in the hearts and minds of all who visit the town.
