This perfectly positioned house is deceptively spacious and offers the holiday maker wonderful views of the bay and sea. This welcoming house has been stylishly and freshly decorated and is great for children and adults of all ages as it provides flexible options. With ample off street parking for 2 cars and a garage for a further car or storage for bikes it provides a great retreat from which to explore Whitstable and the nearby coastal towns whilst being only a 20 minute car drive from the cathedral city of Canterbury.

The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms; two of the three bedrooms being on the ground floor alon with a toilet and shower room. The first bedroom is furnished with with two full size single bunk beds; the second bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with integrated wardrobes. Both bedrooms are fully carpetted and comfortably furnished with new beds. The shower room is a double cubicle with a toilet and basin. The hallway leads into a large, light modern kitchen room from which the garden is accessed through the patio doors on to a small balcony which then leads into a private and entirely enclosed garden. From the garden patio area wonderful views of the sunsets can be enjoyed. Next to the kitchen and over looking the rear garden the large lounge provides ample space for family get togethers and it is furnished with comfortable settees and a dining table for 6. A real flame gas fire is installed (together with fire guard) should the summer evenings turn chilly (alebit the house is centrally heated)

The third and master bedroom is accessed from a flight of stairs from the main hallway. The master suite comes complete with its own individual lounge and en suite bathroom, shower and toilet and basin. There is a king size bed with fully fitted wardrobes and the suite is fully carpetted and has an additional television in this upper lounge: from this pretty room you can sit in the window seat and have an uncluttered view of the bay.

Whilst Whitstable is only 60 miles away from London it has retained its maritine and historique old world charm as the town remains largely unchanged. "Quaint" it is famous for its oysters and boasts many good restaurants; or you can just simly go to the harbour market and buy the fish fresh and cook them at home. Near to the beautiful city of Canterbury a visit to the Norman built cathedral is a must. For those of us who live in Whitstable we are lucky to have retained a vibrant high street with family run shops and boutiques.

"Beautiful, a home from home"

Stayed with a large group and we just fell in love with the house. We all wish we could have stayed longer.

I stayed here with a group of friends and we had an absolutely amazing time. We brought some extra things down as we weren't sure what would be in the house but were very pleasantly surprised to find that the house had more than everything we needed. The garden/patio got the sun all afternoon so we spent a lot of the time there. When booking the ad stated there was a BBQ - when we arrived there wasn't one so the landlord kindly went and bought one for us straight away!

The beds/pillows/mattresses were a dream to sleep on. We were more than impressed with this house and will definitely be booking again for another weekend getaway only an hour or so out of London. I have already recommended this to friends/colleagues!

"A very enjoyable experience"

The property was excellent with good views over Whitstable. It was clean and well stocked. The owner was helpful and easy to contact as she lives near by.
It is a good place to stay if you wish to travel around to other places in the vicinity. There are lots of good places to eat but may need to book in advance as they get booked up, especially at the weekend. The property has ample parking but if you are walking back from town the hill is a bit steep. There is a Tesco nearby if you need anything.
Overall it was an excellent place to stay. .
