Internally, the property is furnished to a high standard throughout. Externally the balcony complete with furniture is ideal for relaxing after a busy day exploring.

Downderry is a traditional Cornish village located in the beautiful rolling hills of the Whitsand Bay coast. The village is home to a shop (with post office), pub, restaurant and coffee shop. For beach lovers, Downderry has a light shingle beach or there is the well-known Whitsand Bay beach, a stunning sandy beach popular with surfers.

Downderry is a great base to explore the local area, Looe with many cafes, restaurants and shops is only 6 miles away and the city of Plymouth with an abundance of attractions, restaurants, cinemas and shops can be reached within 40 minutes by car.

There are many attractions in the area that are great for all the family, such as The Monkey Sanctuary which is within a short drive and is one of the best family attractions in the area. For the keen golfer the Whitsand Bay Golf Club, Looe Golf Club, and the St Mellion Championship Course are all nearby.

- Properties in Dartmouth and Kingswear incur a 10% premium for stays over Dartmouth Regatta week.

- Properties in Fowey incur a 10% premium for stays over Fowey Regatta and Carnival week. Properties in Bude incur a 10% premium for stays over the Bude Jazz Festival.
