"Perfect mix of old and modern, character and comfort."

Loved Cuddy Cottage, perfect mix of old and modern with all the character you would expect form a period cottage but all the modern comforts you need for a relaxing holiday. Whitby is a town with two very different characters. The east side had the narrow cobbled streets, beautifully lit in the evenings and overshaddowed by the Abbey ruins. There is a lovely rocky beach great for exploring and fossle hunting, places to eat, drink and shop. The west has is has the more traditional seaside fun, fish and chips, fresh fish and anusements for the children but with the added bonus of wonderful Georgian properties. Plenty of shops to wander around and a wonderful long, gently shelving, soft sandy beach. We loved it here plenty to keep adults, teenagers and small children happy.
