The Cinder Warren is an appealing and welcoming cottage, set in a small development with communal gardens leading down to the River Esk, a mile from Whitby. The three bedrooms are flexible and comfortable, with a double with balcony, a twin room and a room with children's bunks. There is a family bathroom, and a ground floor basin and WC. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dining area and doors to the patio, while the sitting room also offers doors to the outside space. Relax on the patio or sit on the communal lawn by the river. There is off road parking for one car, with additional guest parking available. With Whitby and the rest of the coast on the doorstep, and the Moors an easy drive, The Cinder Warren makes a great family base.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
