Loganberry is a detached cottage centrally situated in the coastal village of Skinningrove near to Staithes and Saltburn on the North Yorkshire coast. The cottage has four bedrooms (two twins and two doubles - one with an ensuite) and a family bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, which makes it suitable for up to eight people. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting room with a gas fire. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for three cars and a gravelled garden and patio with outdoor furniture. With the whole of the coastline to discover, yet just a short stroll from the beach, Loganberry is a wonderful cottage for a family holiday.

The Whitby / Skinningrove area
The village of Skinningrove sits on the Cleveland Way, and offers a selection of shops and a pub, as well as a sandy beach. Ideally placed for visiting attractions such as the Abbey and harbour at Whitby, the village of Staithes, Runswick Bay and the rest of the coast, the village is also a good base for exploring the dramatic scenery of the North York Moors National Park.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
