A private, ground floor, front door leads into an entrance hall with a storage/drying room off to one side. Carry on through into the living area with two sofas, a coffee table, cable TV/video and fireplace. The dining area is beyond with a table that seats 6 and an open plan kitchen to the right. Off another hallway to the rear of the apartment are one bathroom and the two double bedrooms. The second bathroom is en-suite to the right hand bedroom, from where there is also a sliding door that gives access to the rear patio and BBQ.
