Weymouth is the famous seaside town in Dorset. Having been host to the 2012 sailing games it is a favorite destination on for sailors and beach lovers alike. The close by County Town of Dorchester also invites for a stroll.
The surrounding area offers many visitor attractions like Abbotsburry swannery and sub tropical gardens, Bovington Tank Museum, Monkey World and the steam train in Wareham.
Dorset's rolling country side and the isle of Portland are also worth exploring.
