About the home

The Gift House can accommodate up to 8 adults or 8 adults and 2 children using occasional beds.

The house is very well equipped and a short walk from the local amenities, including shops, pubs and restaurants.

Situated a short walk from the National Sailing Academy and a 10 minute drive to Weymouth, Portland is also well placed to explore all that Dorset has to offer.

The Gift House is also pet and child friendly.

Groups welcome.

Conditions

Maximum of 2 well behaved pets welcome on ground foor.
Refundable breakages deposit of £200 required at time of booking, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% of rental fee due immediately to secure booking. The remaining 75% to be paid 6 weeks prior to stay.
Property suitable for children however please note there are 3 floors therefore toddlers may need a stairgate/supervision.

“Lovely stay” Beautiful house on 3 floors. Small back garden -a real little sun trap. Well equipped kitchen. All the rooms are a good size and all have excellent views of the sea. The walk to the local on the front looks daunting because of the very steap hill but proved to be no problem. Local co op just up the road and a very friendly local pub just before the co op. Very good fish and chips take away opposite the co op. Large Tesco in town. We had a lovely holiday and would return.
