It is 3 star visit-britain graded. The Beach/Coast Path is 200 yards, and Weymouth 3 miles. It is 10 minutes from sailing academy and the garage available for storage on request. Children are welcome, but dogs not permitted, and no smoking.

With wonderful walking on the doorstep, birding, wild flowers wildlife, fishing, fossil hunting, cycling. Children are also well catered for with playgrounds in Abbotsbury & Chickerell, and a childrens farm, swannery and sub tropical gardens at Abbotsbury.
Ideally placed to explore Dorset's Jurassic Coast - England’s first and only Natural World Heritage Site.
Excellent eating out locally, and local Dorset produce - including freshly caught fish, meat and vegetables. A huge variety of things to see and do - in Dorset and East Devon - within easy reach, including lovely seaside walks along the Fleet Lagoon and the Dorset coast.
