Two double bedrooms,each will sleep up to 2 adults and one child. Large lounge diner with 2 double futon sofa beds, satelite TV, DVD player. Modern spacious bathroom with full size bath and over head shower. Spacious well equipped kitchen with full sized oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave combi oven etc. All windows/skylights double glazed and child safe. Access to secure indoor storage/drying area.
Accommodation is professionally cleaned with towels and linen laundered between lettings.
Night storage heaters in all rooms, fan heater in bathroom. Cost of electricity included in rental.

Parking is away from the property in a permit car park area (subject to availibility). There is a taxi rank bay opposite the property which may be used when unloading/loading luggage. Weymouth Parking Admin state " you may park on a double yellow line in order to load/unload, provided this is seen to be actively taking place, i.e. continuous coming and going, backwards and forwards from the vehicle carrying items to or from a nearby location". The property is reached via a pedestrian street.
Located on a lively street with shops, nightclubs and cinema virtually on the doorstep. Beach and harbour within 5 mins walk.
Please note there is no lift to the apartment which is reached by 57 steps (over 6 small flights!).

There are numerous beauty spots in the region - Corfe Castle, Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Chesil Beach to name just a few, as well as all manor of family and historical attactions such as Monkey World, the Tank Museum at Bovington and Thomas Hardy's House.
The seaside towns of Swanage, Lyme Regis, Poole and Bournemouth are all close at hand, and being on the Jurassic Coast there is always plenty of exploring to do! The area benefits from one of the sunniest micro climates in the UK, with warm summers and mild winters.

30 miles from the County town of Dorchester, Weymouth is a charming Georgian resort set in beautiful Dorset. Safe and clean sandy beaches, a town with plenty of varied shops and restaurants and a bustling harbour all make for a wonderful traditional family holiday.

The apartment is located in the centre of the town in easy reach of everything you could possibly want for a break away in Weymouth. The town has numerous bars and restuarants, all offering fantastic food at great prices -Tescos is right opposite the apartment as well!!
The beach is a leisurely 5 minute stroll away where there are numerous cafes and ice cream parlours. There was a small funfair which I believe is there pretty much all year round and of course donkeys on the beach! We also ventured over to Guernsey for the day - the port was 10 minutes walk away.
At the other end of the bay was the Aquarium, crazy golf and sand sculptures, well worth the entrance fess.
The apartment itself was very clean and everything we needed was at hand from a bottle opener, a spare towel to loads of information leaflets on Weymouth and the surrounding areas .
The bedrooms are light and airy with the lounge nice and spacious. The settees were massive so you can relax in comfort after a long day exploring!
