"Wonderful place to stay, couldn't be better."

The studio was everything I expected it to be from the website. Everything has been provided for your comfort. The hosts are very helpful but never intrusive.
The coastal path is right outside your gate, you can see the sea from your armchair. Lots of historical interest in the area.
The local people are very friendly, they like visitors.
One thing to note, the "all round the island" bus doesn't start running until July, so it's a tidy walk up to the local bus stop, but saying that they run every seven minutes, even on Sundays.
I'll definitely be going back again next year.

"A Hidden Treasure"

We stayed at the studio for one week and found it to be a perfect base from which to explore the island. The location of the studio is perfect for the many walks that you can enjoy on Portland, and is just a short path away from the beautiful Church Ope Cove.

The studio itself was very comfortable, cosy and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed and was a lovely place to relax after our days out. We were also able to take our little dog with us, which was wonderful, and he was very comfortable there too.

The owners are lovely and friendly, and it is nice to know that they are only next door if you need them.

This place really is a hidden treasure and we hope to visit again soon.
