Pine Lodge is is in an excellent location close to Dorset's Juassic Coast and places of interest from Weymouth Beach to Ringstaed Bay - Monkey World to The Tank Museum and Sea Life Park to Colfe Castle.

Within the popular Warmwell Leisure Resort you will enjoy all the resort's aminities., walking through tranquil woodland trails to fishing on the resorts well stocked lakes,.Whilst the more energetic can discover the region by bike and enjoy the fantastic snowflex ski slope, in addition to which there are sports and adventure areas, a nature walk and acres of space to enjoy. Indoors the aminities offer a swimming pool with flumes and wave-machine, sauna, fittness suite (For health and safety reasonsat Warmwell Holiday Park all children under 4 must be supervised by an adult on a one to one basis, children under 8 must be supervised by an adult. One adult may not supervise more than two children under 8 in the pool).Plus there is roller skating, soft play area, amusments for all and evening entertainment. With all these nearby, within the resort you´ll never be short of things to do.
The resort also has a Bar, Restaurant, Costa Coffee Cafe, takeaway pizza & a chippy there is well as a Costcutter store

Pine Lodge is the ideal spot in the resort to relax and although all the requirements of the family catered for inside.
Outside is special with the wrap around decking which is massive probably the largest in Warmwell and is not overlooked with access from the kitchen, and lounge and lobby.
On the decking is a rattan style dining table and chairs for six with parasol, a matching sofa with two chairs and coffee table with custion store.
Plus 4 sun loungers, a Webber Kettle BBQ.
The rear has views over the Dorset countyside.
The garden is "young" and privately maintained.
There are two (tandem) private parking bays, the entrance to the cul de sac has a security barrier.

PLEASE NOTE IN DECEMBER THE PARK LEISURE FACILITIES ARE CLOSED EXCEPT FOR THE SKI SLOPE WHICH IS OPEN ALL YEAR

Conditions
For parties of more than 4 there will be a £20 surcharge charge.
In some circumstances one well behaved dog may be permitted subject to application and an additional cost .
Please no smoking inside at any time, outside on the decking is ok provided care is take to extinquish in an ash tray and not on the decking and please bear in mind this is a woodland setting.
Non refundable booking deposite of £150 is required with balance to follow 8 weeks before arrival date.
Cancellation terms 25%-50%-75%-100% if after 12 - 8 - 6 - 4 weeks respectively before arrival date.
A goodwill refundable breakages deposit of £150 is required with the final payment and will be refunded within two weeks of your departure, subject to a satisfactory inventory report.

Travelling west on A35 towards Dorcester turn left on to B3390 for Crossways on the right before A352 is Warmwell Leisure Resort / Pine Lodge is located on the right side approx 1.5 miles after the level crossing and before the hamlet of Warmwell and the A352 roundabout. The Lodge is situated approx 5 miles south east of Dorcester.

This delivers on every level,very homely,gives everyone space ,everything you need is there at high standard lovely and clean,we didn't get chance to use the outside lovely seating areas and BBQ, the resort offers fantastic facilites can't fault it best rental lodge we stated we didn't want to leave will be booking up for next year very soon!! |

Pine Lodge is not available from the last Monday of November until the second Saturday the following February, except festival Christmas and New Year period when open 23 Dec - close 2 Jan, these dates reflect the period the resort is closed.
Change over dates are flexible but are usually Saturday to Saturday for weekly rates; Friday to Sunday for weekends and Monday to Saturday for weekday stays.
