Luxuriously presented 3 bedroomed detached wooden scandia house with a wood burning stove. The lounge boasts a 47 inch Television with Sky channels. Whilst the property can accommodate 5 persons it will also provide a wonderful retreat for the romantic couple looking for 'Boutique style' accommodation nestled in a quiet backwater.

This delightful property sits on the edge of a small backwater for the River Wey. Ducks and swans swim to the edge of the garden. A large decked area surrounds the property on 3 sides with table and four chairs for dining 'Al Fresco'. There is an ample grassed area if you would prefer to sit at the waters edge.

Thorpe Theme Park is close by as is Mercedes World and the famous car museum Brooklands is just around the corner.

If you are looking for a holiday giving easy access to Tourist attractions and local amenities, yet set in a most tranquil riverside then this is for you.

The South East England / Surrey region

Weybridge is a town in the Elmbridge district of Surrey in South East England. It is bounded to the north by the River Thames at the mouth of the River Wey, from which it gets its name. It is a suburb in the London commuter belt.

The early history of Weybridge was simply as a river crossing. In 1537 it became the location of Oatlands Palace built by Henry VIII, which was where he married his 5th wife Katherine Howard.

When it was demolished in 1650, bricks from its walls helped to line the then new Wey Navigation canal. Part of the original site of the Palace is now occupied by Oatlands Park Hotel.


Weybridge area

2 Km from Weybridge will lead you to all major motorway links and easy access to London.

A short drive from Weybridge will take you to Windsor, Ascot and Hampton Court, all historical places of interest.

Shepperton Studios is a short distance from Weybridge and boasts a film studio with a history dating back to 1931. A part of the Pinewood Group along with Pinewood and Teddington Studios, it has produced many notable films.

Refundable breakages deposit of £550 required with final payment - fully refundable within 2 weeks of departure. After deductions for any excessive/specialist cleaning or breakage.

Preferred payment method PAYPAL ECheque/Payment by bank transfer in GBP/by cheque allowing 10 days to clear.

50% deposit will secure this property. Payment in full required 6 weeks before commencement of holiday.

Pricing and payment

The prices as quoted are based on 7 nights stay and include all taxes and services.

Payment methods

A 50% deposit is required to make a confirmed booking. For bookings in excess of four weeks, the deposit required will be equivalent of one week's rent. The balance is due and payable no later than 28 days prior to date of arrival. Should the arrival date be less than 28 days from the booking date then full payment is required to secure a booking.

Breakage deposit

An additional refundable breakage deposit of £450 is required with the final payment for protection against unforeseen damage or excessive/specialist cleaning to the property and/or contents. To be refunded within two weeks of departure date (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Cancellation

If cancellation occurs before the full payment has been collected the deposit is refunded less a £70 administration charge. Should cancellation occur within 28 days of arrival, refund is normally subject to re-letting of the property for the said period.

Bank transfer/PayPal

Payment is via a Bank transfer, the customer being responsible for any additional bank fees incurred.

Please request our bank details when making a reservation, alternatively your e-mail address is required in order to request monies via PayPal.

Check in/Check out

In most cases, Check in is after 4.00 pm and Check out is before 10.30 am.

Key collection

We do not have a 24-hour check in facility so require guests arrival and departure details, in order to organize key collection/drop.

£75 charge will be applied in the event of loss of house keys and security fob.

The house sleeps a maximum of 5 - There may be an additional charge for more than five people.
