The South East England / Surrey region

Surrey in the South East of England is a largely affluent well-sought after area by visitors and UK residents alike because of its proximity to London and communication links from Heathrow and Gatwick airports. It has many historic and cultural attractions. Apart from those in London, there are theatres in Guildford and Woking, many good restaurants and places of interest such as historic palaces, wonderful gardens, traditional pubs, race-courses and children's theme parks.

The world's first motor racing circuit was built at Brooklands. Part of the old track is preserved and there is an excellent motor and aviation museum on the site. Great location for historic attractions like Hampton Court, Windsor, Bath, Corfe Castle, Oxford, Cambridge and lots more.

The Weybridge area

Historic, affluent Weybridge is a suburb location with nearby Hampton Court Palace, Windsor, Eaton and attractions. London is 25 mins by train and only 30 mins by car. Royal Bath, Oxford, Cambridge and Stonehenge are easily accessible via nearby motorways.

The apartment is located minutes from the High Street and Queens Road where you will find endless bars, restaurants, cafes and boutiques.

Brooklands Motor Museum and Mercedes Benz world are nearby in Weybridge. Attractions such as Chessington World Of Adventures, Thorpe Park, Legoland, Sandown Park, Wisley Gardens, Painshill Park are all a short drive.

Weybridge is a town in the Elmbridge district of Surrey. It is bounded to the north by the River Thames at the mouth of the River Wey, from which it gets its name. It is a suburb in the London commuter belt and is part of the Greater London Urban Area, some of the housing is expensive: as of 2008, six of the ten most expensive streets in South East England were in Weybridge.
