This fabulous home is located 1 mile from the bustling Wexford town, less than half an hours drive from the Ferry Port at Rosslare. It is finished to a very high standard inside with fitted kitchen with all mod cons, wood burner in the lounge and patio doors leading from kitchen / diner to the beautiful decking and garden area ideal for those fine Summer evenings. Wexford has an abundance of activities on offer from golfing, fishing, great shopping, cinema to mention just a few not to mention great restaurants offering varies cuisine with traditional music on offer. A truly great base from which to tour the Sunny South East Coast.

Wexford is a beautiful town steeped in history. Boasting great pubs, award winning restaurants, world renowned fishing and of course the Opera Festival In 2008, The 57th Wexford Festival Opera will run from 16 October to 2 November in the new Wexford Opera House.
