Large modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom family holiday home (master bedroom with en-suite shower room ) situated in a pleasant cul-de-sac in a pleasant residential area of Westward Ho with sea views. Local shops within five minutes walk and two miles of golden sandy beach , private south facing rear garden

This is an ideal family holiday home that is spacious modern and traditional with all the luxury facilities you require for a relaxing family holiday. Downstairs there is a fully fitted fabulous modern kitchen displaying all the usual amenities including a breakfast bar and with a separate dining room.

You will also find a comfortable lounge with 8ft patio doors leading from the lounge on to the patio/garden south facing and with lawn, plants and flowers

The lounge which boasts a gas fire , 42" digital Flat screen television with DVD,There is also a separate dining room and downstairs toilet/cloakroom.

Upstairs you will find one master bedroom, which has en-suite shower room the bedroom with a king size bed,

The 2nd bedroom has a 2 single beds and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed with views of the sea . There is also a fully fitted luxury bathroom with bath and over bath shower, wash basin and toilet,

Devon is a popular holiday destination with a multitude of attractions, beaches and great places to eat.

Westward Ho! has two miles of sandy beach know as 'The Golden Bay' which you can enjoy surfing, kite surfing, canoeing, rock pools, relaxing on the beach and much more. The promenade runs along the waterfront for access to the beaches, restaurants and shops.

There are many costal walks to explore and for cyclists the Tarka Trail is close by and not to mention The Royal North Devon Golf Club which is the oldest golf course in England

Royal North Devon at Westward Ho! can rightly claim to be the cradle of English Golf. Founded in 1864, it is the oldest golf course in the country and is regarded as the St Andrews of the South. The golf course is as tough as any of the UK's more famous links layouts and has recently been placed in Golf World 's "Top 100 Courses in the World" that a golfer “must play

Should you wish to explore North Devon, Appledore is on Westward Ho!'s doorstep which is full of history while just over 3 miles away is Bideford which is still a working port and market town.

Made up of a long sandy beach backed by a pebble ridge with Northam Burrows Country Park accessible at one end this beach offers the best of both sand, rock pools and nature. RNLI Lifeguard service is available from May to September and the beach is popular with windsurfers, surfers and swimmers.

Dogs are permitted from October to April on the whole beach, and all year round at the Northam Burrows end. There is ample car parking and disabled parking close to the beach.

The wonderful surf that runs on to Westward Ho! draws surfers from miles around, and with designated surfing areas the beach caters for every activity. The surf is also home to wild sea bass, attracting anglers from all over the country. Equipment for bathing, surfing and angling is readily available from local outlets.

"Great house , lovely peaceful, secluded garden."

This is a well equipped family house in a very convenient location.We particularly enjoyed the secluded garden,especially when the sun shone !Excellent location for exploring other parts of North Devo… More

"Great Location"

House is very nice lovely back garden ideal location only downside is that there was no freezer so we couldn't take out the cooler box on Day trips… More
