A detached Mediterranean style villa with private plunge pool located in the exclusive Merlin Bay beachfront property in St James.
Guests enjoy use of the lagoon-style plunge pool and sun deck set in beautifully landscaped gardens. Indoor dining room opens onto a tropical atrium with a large solid pine dining table - can comfortably seat up to 12. The ground floor bedroom opens to plunge pool terrace and two bedrooms upstairs open to private balconies overlooking plunge pool and garden.
Set at the back of these secluded grounds, a garden path leads to the central pool and the beach beyond (about 100 yds). Excellent swimming and snorkelling.

Merlin Bay is an intimate beach front townhouse community, located on the west coast of Barbados. Holetown is a 5 minute drive away, and in this vibrant little town you can find excellent shopping, banks, a movie theater, restaurants and nightlife.
Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, each Mediterranean styled three bedroom townhouse at Merlin Bay features their own private plunge pool. Guests also have the use of the large resort pool and sun deck overlooking the ocean. Steps lead down the low sea cliff to the sandy beach below, where guests can enjoy snorkeling or just cooling out in the calm Caribbean Sea.

The weather is almost always sunny and warm in Barbados, cooled by the northeast Tradewinds. Barbados sightseeing is a photographer's dream. Shopping, excellent dining and a funky nightlife are just a few of the many options available. There are magnificent caves to explore, gorgeous landscapes and tropical gardens to visit, and an abundance of wildlife to see, including the mischievous little “green monkeys” that call Barbados their home. On the South and West coasts, the Caribbean Sea with calm blue waters and endless stretches of fine white sandy beaches invites you to relax, while the Atlantic east coast with cliffs and great waves is ideal for wind and sky surfing.
