Ixora is a lovely, well designed and furnished four-bedroom property located on the prestigious Royal Westmoreland Golf Course, set on 3/4 acre of immaculately kept gardens off the 16th fairway.
As you enter the villa two bedrooms are located to the right of the foyer and a third to the left, while the fourth bedroom is nestled in a separate wing with a view of the sea, furnished with a four poster bed and walk in closet. All of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and en suite bathrooms.
The foyer, with it's high pickled ceiling, leads to a tastefully furnished living room that opens onto the covered patio, which further leads to the sparkling blue swimming pool where lounge chairs invite you to relax with a good book and a cooling drink.
The slightly elevated kitchen looks onto the dining terrace and informal seating area; another vantage point from which the pool and lush garden can be admired. An added view of the ocean from the outdoor terrace and pool fulfill your expectations of the perfect holiday. A small study and powder room are also a part of this villa.
A feeling of space and light is present throughout this home due to the layout of the property, while the furnishings and accessories therein consummate the relaxing ambiance.
The Royal Westmoreland Facility offers a gated community with 24-hour security, full beach facilities and access through Mullins Bay which also includes use of the Spa, Club and restaurant and provides access to tennis, golf and a fitness centre. Children's facilities, including 'Kidz Room', 'Sports Camp' and 'Little Royals Club' which are supervised between 9am and 4pm, are also offered within the Community (please contact us for available dates and further information).
