The 3 Palms Luxury Cottage welcomes you to 4 star self-catering or B&B accommodation within two en-suite bedrooms, with their own patio areas as well as one spacious and homely entertainment area comprising kitchen, lounge and dining room.

It's contemporary design is perfectly supplemented by interior African style art as well as a tastefully landscaped, tree-lined, indigenous African garden, making this luxurious cottage truly one-of-a-kind.

It is located in Bloubergrant which is a very private, well established and sought after suburb of Cape Town. Only a few minutes walk away there are stunning views of the picture postcard beaches of Bloubergstrand with their backdrop of Table Mountain, Lions Head and the 12 Apostles.

The 3 Palms is nearby a wide variety of attractions and leisure activities as well as the City, Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront (20 minutes drive) and the Winelands (Stellenbosch, Franschhoek), with the Durbanville Hills Winelands being straight at your doorsteps (15 minutes drive). Its location is also ideal for excursions to the West Coast, the Cederberg mountains and the Flower route.

Accommodation

The 2 stunningly furnished and spacious en-suite bedrooms are purpose-built for comfort and independently accessible. Both bedrooms lead out towards the main garden and have their own patio and seating area with apartment 1 having also direct access to a private back garden which is for our guests use only.

Amenities on offer are Queen-size double beds, luxurious en-suite bathrooms with spacious glassed-in showers and an additional bath in apartment 1. Furthermore, there is 24 hour high speed internet access, telephone, satellite TV, hair dryers, safes, etc.

Feel at home within a bright informal lounge. Relax on the sofas, read a book or watch the satellite TV. In the evenings you might also enjoy the warmth of an open indoor fire, as well as enjoying the view of the magnificently illuminated garden.

Why can't I call Gerhard (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gerhard (the owner) a message.

If Gerhard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
