"Holiday & Family reunion"

We needed a house to accommodate 6 adults and 4 children aged 5 to 10 and Parkside provided just that.. Ideally placed close to the sea and sufficient shops for everyday needs the very well appointed and furnished house supplied everything our party needed and more in terms of equipment and indeed bicycles. The safe secure garden was an excellent asset for the youngest whereas the adjacent recreation ground and play area was enjoyed by the older children. The property itself is spacious well decorated and clean, features not always found in holiday rental properties. We may well return if another family reunion is planned.. Our dealings with the owner were always amicable and they took the time to visit us to check that everything was to our liking which we appreciated. We also appreciated the helpful information supplied about the surrounding area.

Dear Peter.

Thank you very much for your lovely review of Park Side. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and that the weather was good for you. Hope to see you again another time and you will be most welcome.

Kind regards

Mark and Angie

"Basic Accomodation"

Good showers & comfy beds. The house did sleep 10 people but living rooms were very crowded with 10 people. We inadvertently left some coats there which were returned promptly by post - thank you.Depos… More

Dear Ruth.
Thank you for your review.
We are disappointed that you had issues about your stay.
You left at the property a list of small complaints about things you said were not provided or working, e.g,no chopping board and one of the T.V's not working. Having checked, I replied saying that there were 2 chopping boards and both t.v's worked. However there was no potato peeler, which for some reason had gone missing and which I apologised for.
We are sorry you thought the living room was crowded with 10 of you. The house has 5 bedrooms and was occupied at maximum capacity.
The laundry service that washes our linen uses a well known fabric softener, which we have never had a complaint about before.
The comments about the shower waste and grill pan have been reported to our cleaners.
We are glad the 3 coats you left behind arrived safely.
Mark and Angie.
