This apartment exceeded all my expectations. It is in a superb location with wonderful sea views. I stayed in November but the apartment was wonderfully warm & welcoming. What was especially helpful was an early text from the owner saying I could arrive early if I wanted & also an invitation not to rush away on the last day.
The weather was cold but dry & sunny & it was lovely to return to the apartment after a bracing walk along the nearby coastal path. I can recommend the walk to Polperro from here & a few beers in the Blue Peter pub on the harbour front.
All in all an excellent stay in lovely Looe.

"beautiful apartment & the most amazing views"
Talland is a beautiful, clean apartment with everything you need & the sea views are amazing whatever the weather! Looe town itself is a healthy stroll away & some of the steep paths would not suit those who do not like a walk. Sensible shoes needed! Mobile signal and wi-fi not brilliant & intermittent at best so be prepared!! Great place to go out of season as it is not too busy however enough is still open for a social life & the scenery is spectacular.

We loved this apartment. Bright and airy, extremely comfortable and a wonderful view. The path up to the apartments is fairly steep but the allocated parking makes up for that - a good sized space too… More

"Superb view, setting and apartment"
The initial service was excellent from paying deposit to all the information provided up to arriving at the apartment. The place was exactly as seen on the website, no clever camera stuff to make it look better and was immaculately clean with a nice touch of fresh flowers and a pint of milk in the fridge. Our daughters had surprised us with a bottle of bubbly which they had arranged with the owners and that was in the fridge with a nice note, clearly nothing is too much trouble!.
The view is wonderful from the apartment or your own balcony, very quiet and peaceful. You are a little on the edge of town and up a height so be prepared for a bit of effort to get about, but well worth the effort. Looe is a picture postcard port and a lovely day out wandering the shops, we can recommend the Indian restaurant!
Favourite thing? The view across Looe bay and the splendid apartment. Least favourite thing? They do mention it but the poor wifi is a Bain to townies used to decent broadband, easy fixed with a repeater!
All in, a totally excellent Holliday !

"Perfect apartment in a perfect location"
From the minute we arrived at Lemain Garden apartments, we relaxed! The views are stunning and captivate you every time you look out of the window! The apartment is so comfortable with everything you could possibly need. It is impeccably clean and the little touches such as milk in the fridge and a local paper really relax you and make you feel welcome! Home from home! Loved this place and will be back again!

"Fantastic views and facilities"
This was a last minute booking for us and the dogs but we were not disappointed. Talland is small but has everything you need: books; dvd's; bedding and towels included; tv in the lounge and the bedroom; lovely bathroom with washing machine/dryer. The view was just great - a massive window and another looking over the island to the right. The private and secure patio with furniture was just what we needed for the dogs! We were all sorry to leave - it was home from home.
