Home description
Hyde Park Garden Mews is a beautifully appointed corner Mews house which accommodates six people in one of the most desirable Mews addresses of West London and which has the advantage of no passing traffic as it is tucked away in a quiet part of the Hyde Park Estate. The property provides a quality and better value alternative to hotel accommodation for both leisure and business breaks. It is an ideal and flexible option for families bringing young children to London to see the sights or a show.
As is typical with all Mews houses, the property started life in the late 1700 as a coach house and stables, with servants quarters above and it is thought to have been converted to a mews house in the early 1900's. The property once served the large stucco fronted houses which overlook Hyde Park.

The South East England / Greater London region
South East England is one of the nine official regions of England, designated in 1994 and adopted for statistical purposes in 1999. Its boundaries include Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, East Sussex, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Kent, Oxfordshire, Surrey and West Sussex. In common usage, however, the area referred to as the 'south east' can vary considerably.
As with the other regions of England, apart from Greater London, the South East has no elected government and few central powers, the creation of elected regional governments proposed by the Labour Party after its election in 1997 having been aborted. The headquarters for the region's governmental bodies, such as they are, are in Guildford.
The largest city in the region (by population) is Brighton and Hove, but the dominant influence on the region's economy is neighbouring London. The highest point is Walbury Hill in Berkshire at 297m/974 ft.

There is so much to see and do in London and Hyde Park Mews is the best place to do and see them all from. With fantastic shops, Convernt Garden, Buckingham Palace and the West End Musicals, to name but a few, you will never be bored and have nothing to do.
There are tours of London Dungens, tours of the Tower of London, Westminster and many other sights.
How to get there
The property is situated in a mews which is very quiet and with no passing traffic. It is situated within a two minute walk of Hyde Park and five minutes from Paddington rail station, Heathrow express link and seven minutes walk from Oxford Street and Park Lane.
It is 200 yards from the London open top bus stop and a three minute walk from Lancaster Gate tube station under the Royal Lancaster Hotel. There are several NCP long stay car parks within walking distance of the property (see www.ncp.co.uk).
