Welcome to Home2Home Bed and Breakfast.

I have Private Rooms available within friendly shared apartments in Chiswick & Fulham, that includes daily self-serve Breakfast (like a mini Bed & Breakfast) Short stay and long stay available.

This advert is for a private room in a shared apartment. You will share the bathroom and kitchen with other guests.

In this apartment there are other private rooms (this is one of them), shared bathrooms and shared kitchen/lounge area.

~ Clean Towels every 4 days.

~ Clean Bedding on arrival & Clean bedding every 7 days for weekly guests

~ Housekeeping will access the room from 10am if needed.

~ Guest will have their own private lockable room in a shared apartment.

Checkin Policy:

Checkin: 12pm noon / Checkout: 10am

If you are unable to checkin at 12 noon due to your flight arrival time and would like to checkin before 12 noon or later that day, it is fine as long as pre arranged with us. YOU MUST supply your flight arrival time and airport location on your ticket. And we will estimate your arrival time. YOU MUST supply your contact telephone number. If you fail to communicate with us for your planned checkin time then you will encour a £10 checkin fee.

My Holiday Lettings Rental Agreement is detailed in the RULES. I must supply this agreement for your information and is agreed by you once a booking is confirmed.

Should you book a private room, please note that on arrival a copy of your passport/photo ID is required as well as completion to my disclaimer form (we may ask you to sign the tenancy agreement on arrival).

Kitchen

~ For my daily self serve breakfast from 6-11.30am

I provide a self-serve daily breakfast. Which includes a variety of teas, coffee, juices, biscuits, cereal, fruit, yoghurt and bread etc... There is a vast breakfast supply to enjoy.

DO NOT EAT BREAKFAST SUPPLIES for your lunch or dinner. Otherwise we will charge you for this.

A portion per guest in the breakfast hours only!! This doesn't mean eat everything.

~ For cooking, but ensure you clean up after yourself.

~ For washing machine, but buy your own soap powder.

~ Free Wifi.

~ Shared Iron and Ironing Board

Bathroom

~ Hairdryer and Complimentary Toiletries, long stay guests more than 7 nights, please supply your own.

The Neighbourhood:

Chiswick High Street is a short walk away, with an abundance of available restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops.

Chiswick offers riverside pubs, lovely parks and good schools, which all contribute to its overall charm: combining city life with village living. Chiswick has easy access to the M4 and all major routes in and out of London. Chiswick is also ideally positioned for short journeys to the West End, the City, and Heathrow Airport is fairly close.

Chiswicks transport links include underground stations such as Stamford Brook, Turnham Green, Chiswick Park and Gunnersbury.

Locally there is excellent shopping centre at Westfield - Shepherds Bush, the biggest shopping centre in London, which is a 10-15 minute tube or bus ride away. Notting Hill with its Portobello Market is a couple of miles away and Earls Court and Kensington Olympia Exhibition Centres are nearby too.

Getting Around:

The flat is a 5 minutes walk away from Turnham Green Tube Station (District Line, Zone 2) and Chiswick Park tube station is about 10-15 minutes walk away. The 94 Bus route runs 24hrs (nightbus too) and is within a 5 minutes walk (Turnham Green to Piccadilly)

RULES:

On arrival you will be provided with a guest pack with info and rules. We do not tolerate rude or aggressive people or those who do not respect they are sharing with others.

No smoking in the apartment

Guest are not allowed to bring people in the apartment without permission.(no visitors/no people staying over).

Do not wash the linen and towels provided, please put in dirty wash basket.

I provide clean towels every 4 days and bedding is changed every 7 days.

Please keep the bathroom tidy after use - ensuring personal belonging are put in the storage places provided.

Respect you are sharing with others in their home, this is a shared apartment.

If you use the kitchen for cooking, please ensure you clean up after use.

The guests that are long stay more than 7 days, please ensure the room is kept in adequate clean manner. please keep all your belongings in the wardrobe and chest of draws. once a week housekeeping will clean the room.

Children aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult to ensure that the children's behaviour is appropriate for other guests within the Bed and Breakfast.

Guests with children: Please make sure your children are well behaved and understand they are not at home. Make sure they are quiet at night (no running around); do not play with items that are not toys. Because the guesthouse is a house and not built with soundproofing like hotel rooms, sound does travel. We want everyone to enjoy his or her experience without those awkward moments at breakfast after a sleepless night for the entire house. Please use your best judgment with your child and their abilities. We are happy to assist you with selecting the best room options for children. Laundry service available, please ask.

"Excellent in every way"

spacious, clean, friendly owner, great amenities, excellent location, very generous supplies, flexible check out dependent on cleaning time needed… More

Guests were friendly and respectful. Glad they enjoyed their stay. Would happyily host their stay again.
