"Deceptive Marketing - Location and Apartment"

My husband and I attended a wedding in London last week and stayed at this apartment for 4 days. In the last couple of years we have rented properties in Venice, Prague, Paris and Provence.. ( Not t… More

Hello!
Thank you for staying with us. We are very sorry that you didn't find the flat perfectly ready when you arrived. We always try our best to help our guests in case of any problem and we did help you as soon as you contacted us. The flat is not far from South Kensington as it is near West Kensington station so just three stops from there and you also have supermarkets and shop close to the apartment.
We have just opened a new reception desk next to Earl's Court station and it is on the ground so no more problem with the stairs! We are open from 9am to 6pm so our guest can leave the bags both at the arrival and at the departure to not wast their time! We look forward to hosting you again!
