Conditions of Reservation
Once we have confirmed availability we will require a completed Booking Form. This will be sent to you with your confirmation of availability. All monies must be received 6 weeks prior to your arrival. If you are booking less than 6 weeks before your arrival date payment must be made in full immediately.
Payment can be made by the following means:
Cheque in pounds sterling
Bank Transfer in pounds sterling
Credit/debit cards/American Express
The Booking is non transferable. The flat must only be occupied by the persons listed on the booking form otherwise the contract will be null and void.
Should it be necessary to cancel your booking with us a full refund will be made providing reletting has been possible less £50 for administration.
We can arrange cleaners for you at the rate of £10 per hour with a minimum of three hour visit. Please let us know if you require this service.
Please provide your credit/ debit card details where indicated on the Booking Form. This will only to be used if damage is found or excess cleaning is required to the property when you vacate.
During your stay you will be responsible for your own cleaning. The flat should be left in a clean and tidy condition.
Arrivals and Departures
Your flat will be ready for you from 4pm on the day of arrival. You must vacate the property on your day of departure by 10.00am. Should you require a taxi to collect you please let us know.
Limitation of Liability
Lamington Management Limited reserve the right in the case of unforeseen circumstances resulting in property being rendered unsuitable for occupation, to substitute a property of similar standard and sleeping capacity. Lamington is not liable for any accident, loss or damage sustained during the let.
The completion and return of the Booking Form confirms your acceptance of these terms.
The South East England / London region
Hammersmith is situated in the middle of Shepherds Bush, Chiswick, Fulham and Kensington and is ideally located for both business and leisure travellers providing easy access to central London, Heathrow and the M4 motorway. Westfield Shopping Centre the largest in Europe is a 15 minute walk away. The transport links to Hammersmith are second to none, providing 4 London Underground lines and a major bus terminal within 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Heathrow airport only 30 minutes, and central London 10 minutes.
The apartment is situated along a very popular Victorian residential street in Hammersmith. The parade of shops includes restaurants, convenience stores, Yoga centre, Deli, Pub and launderette, with the local high street only 5 minutes walk away.
The West London / Hammersmith area
Madame Tousaurds, London Zoo, Natural History Museum can all be easily reached by bus/tube. Nearer to home is Hyde Park, Ravenscourt Park. Why not take a walk through Brackenbury Village very pretty and quaint. If you fancy a bargain, why not try Shepherds Bush Market or splash out at Westfield Shopping Centre.
