Sitting room with dining area TV, DVD/CD player. One double bedroom with fitted cupboards and radio alarm clock.
Linen and towels are provided free of charge. The flat is located on the 2nd floor

Further details outdoors: The flat is located above our offices in a recently refurbished block of five Victorian houses which lie at the end of a terrace of local shops and restaurants. There is a Deli next to our office where fresh croissants and the internet can be found. Hammersmith Grove. On the outskirts of Brackenbury Village is a pretty tree lined street in a Conservation area. The road leads from Lyric Square in King Street which is the main shopping street of Hammersmith. Lyric Square is an attractive pedestrian area with bars, outside eating and the well reknown Lyric Theatre.

Conditions
Conditions of Reservation
Once we have confirmed availability we will require a completed Booking Form. This will be sent to you with your confirmation. Once we have received your completed Booking Form we will confirm your reservation. All monies must be received 6 weeks prior to your arrival. If you are booking less than 6 weeks before your arrival date payment must be made in full immediately.
Payment can be made by the following means:
Cheque in pounds sterling
Bank Transfer in pounds sterling
The Booking is non transferable. The flat must only be occupied by the persons listed on the booking form otherwise the contract will be null and void.
Cancellation
Should it be necessary to cancel your booking with us a full refund of your deposit will be made less £50 for administration, and bank charges up to 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. After this date refunds will only be made if the apartment can be relet.
Security Deposit
The amount of Security Deposit will be specified on your booking form. This is a refundable deposit from which we will deduct any cleaning charge, any damage or additional cleaning required to carpets, curtains and furnishings. Refunds will be made within 2-4 weeks of your vacation, less any banking charge.
Cleaning Service
We can arrange cleaners for you at the rate of £10 per hour with a minimum of three hour visit. Please let us know if you require this service.
Cleaning Charge
During your stay you will be responsible for your own cleaning. The cleaning charge will be deducted from your Security Deposit should professional cleaning be necessary at the end of our stay, this will also include the cost of laundering one set of linen and towels per bedroom.
Arrivals and Departures
Your flat will be ready for you from 4pm on the day of arrival. You must vacate the property on your day of departure by 10.30am. Should you require a taxi to collect you please let us know.
Limitation of Liability
Lamington Management Limited reserve the right in the case of unforeseen circumstances resulting in property being rendered unsuitable for occupation, to substitute a property of similar standard and sleeping capacity. Lamington is not liable for any accident, loss or damage sustained during the let.
Acceptance
The completion and return of the Booking Form confirms your acceptance of these terms.
