Separate fully fitted and equipped kitchen ready to prepare your meal after a hard day's sightseeing or wash and dry your laundry using our washer dryer in the kitchen also incorporating fridge freezer, washer dryer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven, cutlery, crockery and all kitchen utensils. Sitting room with dining area TV, DVD/CD player. One double bedroom with fitted cupboards and radio alarm clock.
Linen and towels are provided free of charge. The flat is located on the 2nd floor

The flat is located above our offices in a recently refurbished block of five Victorian houses which lie at the end of a terrace of local shops and restaurants. There is a Deli next to our office where fresh croissants and the internet can be found. Hammersmith Grove. On the outskirts of Brackenbury Village is a pretty tree lined street in a Conservation area. The road leads from Lyric Square in King Street which is the main shopping street of Hammersmith. Lyric Square is an attractive pedestrian area with bars, outside eating and the well reknown Lyric Theatre.

Conditions
Conditions of Reservation
Once we have confirmed availability we will require a completed Booking Form. This will be sent to you with your confirmation. Once we have received your completed Booking Form we will confirm your reservation. All monies must be received 6 weeks prior to your arrival. If you are booking less than 6 weeks before your arrival date payment must be made in full immediately.
Payment can be made by the following means:
Cheque in pounds sterling
Bank Transfer in pounds sterling
The Booking is non transferable. The flat must only be occupied by the persons listed on the booking form otherwise the contract will be null and void.
Cancellation
Should it be necessary to cancel your booking with us a full refund of your deposit will be made less £50 for administration, and bank charges up to 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. After this date refunds will only be made if the apartment can be relet.
Security Deposit
The amount of Security Deposit will be specified on your booking form. This is a refundable deposit from which we will deduct any cleaning charge, any damage or additional cleaning required to carpets, curtains and furnishings. Refunds will be made within 2-4 weeks of your vacation, less any banking charge.
Cleaning Service
We can arrange cleaners for you at the rate of £10 per hour with a minimum of three hour visit. Please let us know if you require this service.
Cleaning Charge
During your stay you will be responsible for your own cleaning. The cleaning charge will be deducted from your Security Deposit should professional cleaning be necessary at the end of our stay, this will also include the cost of laundering one set of linen and towels per bedroom.
Arrivals and Departures
Your flat will be ready for you from 4pm on the day of arrival. You must vacate the property on your day of departure by 10.30am. Should you require a taxi to collect you please let us know.
Limitation of Liability
Lamington Management Limited reserve the right in the case of unforeseen circumstances resulting in property being rendered unsuitable for occupation, to substitute a property of similar standard and sleeping capacity. Lamington is not liable for any accident, loss or damage sustained during the let.
Acceptance
The completion and return of the Booking Form confirms your acceptance of these terms.

Situated in the middle of Shepherds Bush, Chiswick, Fulham and Kensington Hammersmith is ideally located for both business and leisure travellers providing easy access to central London, Heathrow and the M4 motorway. westfield shopping centre (the largest in Europe) only a 10 minute walk from the property. Maybe a walk along the banks of the River Thames while you take in the wonderful sites of the nature reserve.
The West London / Hammersmith area
The West End of London with its famous attractions, theatres and cinemas are just a short distance away by bus or tube. The leisure facilities of Hyde Park, Kew Gardens, Battersea Park, Ravenscourt Park, The River Thames and Richmond Park are all easily accessible from the flat as well as the Exhibition facilities of Kensington Olympia, Earls Court and Excel. The shopping centres of Hammersmith, Kensington & Chelsea, Knightsbridge are either a few minutes walk or a short tube or bus ride away. The Hammersmith Hospital, Ealing Hospital and Charing Cross hospital are all within easy reach of the flat.

We stayed at Hammersmith Grove Apartments on three separate occasions in June, each time in a different flat. The first time was for nine nights and the other two times for three each. The first flat was the best and was nicely appointed with modern bathroom and kitchen. Our second flat was less comfortable but OK, and out third flat was a disaster. The toilet ran continuously and when management was advised was told no plumber until next day. We had to use a bucket for flushing the toilet. The water was turned off next morning so no water at all for some hours and no fix until next day so had to continue using a bucket for another day. Fortunately we were moving on, but not good enough. No offer to move us to another flat though flats were not full. No refund and had to put up with a constant stream of people coming into and out of flat including tenants from shop below who had been flooded, manger and his wife, and plumber. |

We have just left the property after spending 7 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome. The apartment was very comfortable and we would definitely book again. We had a great stay.

The welcome pack was most welcome, we arrived late and the apartment was warm and there was coffee, tea,bread, milk already in the apartment. No large deposit to find. Would definitely book again
